Dalia Littlewood


Dalia Littlewood lives in Barbados and is actively involved with the Domestic Technologies International Inc. Barbados operations. Her role has been to initiate the development of the company business plans and infrastructure and begin to position the company for testing and certifications. Dalia brings extensive business and banking background and experience to the executive team.

Dalia is a guest lecturer on Business Recovery & Disaster Communications at various conferences throughout the Caribbean region and at the University of West Indies.

Ms. Littlewood has significant and diverse executive management and project leadership experience. She was intricately involved with CIBC’s mergers, restructuring, sales & branch management and risk management activities for 25 years before Dalia was recruited as President & CEO of a small privately held international bank in Barbados where she led implementation of customer interfacing technology and sale of assets, a post which was held for two years.

In 2000 Dalia formed a consulting firm, Freedom Financial Inc. which provides consulting services to international banks, insurance companies and governments. She volunteered and played a leadership role as the Project Director for the Government of Grenada following Hurricane Ivan in the successful Cruise Ship Recovery Project assisting the economic recovery of the island.

Dalia also served as the Vice President of the Canada Barbados Business Association and an Executive Director of Barbados International Business Association where she led the successful merger of the two organizations. Dalia continues to serve on the BIBA Banking Sub Committee for implementation of Basel II.

Dalia holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and along with the designation of Fellow of Institute of Canadian Bankers.
